Using SoftwareShield, your Flash-based applications can be fully protected and wrapped into a native Win32 Exe bundle (or several bundles as user-specified). What makes SoftwareShield much more powerful than a SWF to EXE converter is that all software-related files such as SWF movies, dlls, ActiveX controls, textures, audios, videos, documents (HTML, XML, CHM, etc.) can also be included and encrypted in the .EXE bundle as part of SoftwareShield's IronWrapping process. 

The software data, once IronWrapped, will never be extracted as external temporary files when running. The data is instead completely virtualized and the needed data "chunks" (not the whole file) are decrypted and decompressed in memory on demand at runtime, making it extremely difficult to break apart and dissassemble.
