Technical Support Subscriptions
All new purchases include a 30 day Technical Support Subscription. Support Subscriptions may be extended during their valid period, or re-instated after they expire. However it is less expensive to keep your subscription current. Please note the IronWrap edition includes 365 day Technical Support Subscription with purchase.
Our Technical Support Subscription program ensures that our customers receive the latest Service Packs, patches, features and updates as well as application support on an ongoing basis.

The IronWrap Edition of SoftwareShield includes all of the features listed above in the Product/ Edition Matrix - including the incredibly powerful IronWrap system. The IronWrap Edition comes with 5 developer seats and an installation license. Additional developer seats may be purchased at the rate per seat as shown above.
The IronWrap Edition also comes with our CheckPoint License Server Hosting service. The IronWrap Edition may be used to protect an unlimited number of host applications for an unlimited number of your clients. Please contact us directly for royalty fees for the product. A One Year (365 day) Technical Support Subscription is included (from date of purchase). Renewals of Technical Support Subscriptions are available.
Server Edition Details
The Server Edition of the SoftwareShield System comes with all the features listed above in the Product/ Edition Matrix, which includes CheckPoint License Server. The Server Edition comes with one developer seat and an installation license. Additional developer seats may be purchased at the rate per seat as shown above.
The Server Edition may be used to protect an unlimited number of host applications for an unlimited number of your clients without any royalties or fees. A thirty (30) day Technical Support Subscription is included (from date of purchase). Renewals of Technical Support Subscriptions are available.
Enterprise Edition Details
The Enterprise Edition of the SoftwareShield System comes with the features listed above in the Product/ Edition Matrix. The Enterprise Edition comes with one developer seat and an installation license. Additional developer seats may be purchased at the rate per seat as shown above.

The Professional Edition may be used to protect one (1) host application for an unlimited number of your clients without any royalties or feess. A thirty (30) day Technical Support Subscription is included (from date of purchase). Renewals of Technical Support Subscriptions are available.

The SoftwareShield SDK installer and all documentation is available in digital format on CD/DVD. It is available for shipping Worldwide for an additional fee.
