Change Expire Duration Authorization DefinitionsA Change Expire Duration Authorization Definition changes the expire duration of a license which uses an expire duration to a new duration. Once activated, the expire duration will be changed to the new duration and the remaining time will be reset to the full duration time specified. IE: The license will start from zero minutes used. Note that if the license uses an execution limit as well, the execution count is not re-set to zero. Note that all four types of expiration can be active at the same time (Hard Date, Expire Period, Execution Limit, Expire Duration). A license expires whichever comes soonest. Be careful that you only use the type(s) of expiration you need, or else you will find that your licenses expire when you do not expect them to. Change Expire Duration Authorization Definitions do require a parameter to be sent (implicitly). This parameter will be the new expire duration (in minutes). Change Expire Duration Authorization Definitions can be used as a payload for only Design-Time Composites. They cannot be used as a payload for Run-Time Composites. When To Use A Change Expire Duration Authorization DefinitionCreate a Change Expiration Duration Authorization Definition if you wish to have the option of extending a trial of your application. You do not have to decide at design time what you wish to change it to - this can be decided at run-time.
