License File Tab
Alias License File TabThe Alias License File Tab is the tab on the License Project Properties dialog where you define your Alias Files. To get to it, open a license project file in the SoftwareShield License Manager and click on "Alias License Files". This tab looks like this:
You may choose to use between 0 and 9 Alias License Files by Setting the Number Of Alias Files. Depending on the type of Alias File you select in the Alias File Type" combo box, the fields below it become active or inactive. You can select and create three types of Alias File: Creating Hidden Alias Files, Creating Registry Alias Files and Creating Steganographic Alias Files. The message area at the bottom of each Alias File tab will warn you if you have chosen a location that has the potential to cause security or permissions issues for users of NT based system.
