There are two ways to add a new Authorization Definition in the License File Manager.

One is to simply click the "Add" button  on the Authorization Definition tab. Adding a new code in this way adds the code to the next available (unused) ID in the grid.

You can also add a new Authorization Definition by simply selecting an unused row in the grid, and clicking "Edit". This allows you to create Authorization Definitions which are not necessarily sequential.

When you add a new Authorization Definition, you will be presented with the Authorization Definition Dialog. This is where you will enter all the necessary details about your new Authorization Definition. Once you accept all the details in the Authorization Definition Dialog, and the data is correct and complete, the code will be added to the grid on the Authorization Definition Tab.
