All Authorization Definitions must have a local password.  You set this local password on the Authorization Definition Dialog using the controls shown:

You have the option of simply using the Global Authorization Definition Password for this if you wish. However, we recommend that you enter a different Local Password for every Authorization Definition.

Once you choose to use a local password, the Random Password generation button will become enabled. You may click on this button to generate a random and unique local password.
