Adding your license to the CheckPoint Server uploads key details about the license and also identifies these details on the server through a "License ID" numeric value which is then saved back inside your license project file - forming a link between the license project file and the data on the server.

Once you are ready to upload your license details to the CheckPoint Server, log-on and click on the "Add this license to the CheckPoint Server" button:

 

The license data will be uploaded and a License ID will be assigned by the CheckPoint Server to this license that will be automatically saved into your license project file.

You can always delete or edit this data on the server later if you wish.
