License Manager Help		Help > Contents...	F1	SoftwareShield_HELP.chm

This command when invoked will launch the SoftwareShield help file ("SoftwareShield HELP.chm") and take you to the most appropriate page corresponding to the focused UI element in the License Manager application.  If no element is focused it will launch at the default "Welcome" page.
