Looking for help using the SoftwareShield DRM Kit? SoftwareShield provides our customers with a variety of support options. SoftwareShield's Help Manual is included with our software and available online in the Client Area.

Full technical support and regular updates are provided to our clients who have a valid current . All new product purchases include one month subscriptions, after which an annual term for Technical Support Subscriptions are available for renewal. You can check the status of your subscription by logging into our Client Area.
